BOX OF 2 PARING KNIVES: 10cm CARBON STEEL BLADE. Super sharp, will rust and discolour with acidic foods. For purists who want that super sharpness you get with the 19th century original. Must be dried after handwashing to protect the blad from corrosion.

Ideal for chopping, peeling, slicing, paring fruit and vegetables and trimming meat. Handle made of hornbeam and covered with a protective varnish for excellent resistance to water. High carbon content steel for excellent cutting & sharpening. 

Top Tip: Will last decades out of the dishwasher (saves the wooden handles).
