Thick heavyweight olivewood bread cutting board with a concrete base with rubber stopper feet. Designed for restaurant use with no crumb tray.

Comes with a cotton Berard gift bag and 30ml size tube of Berard culinary wax.

Top grade Olive wood has very smooth hard dense fibres, it resists taint & odour transfer between uses, more resistant than other hardwoods to knife marks, and adapted for centuries to a healthy and authentic cuisine. 

Maintain with vegetable oil or preferably with food-safe non sticky Berard culinary wax.

Will mark and patina with time.
